Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES): Diabetes self-management education and support helps individuals build the skills and understanding needed to manage diabetes in daily life. This includes nutrition guidance, blood sugar pattern review, medication coordination, and practical strategies to support long-term health and confidence with diabetes care.

Meal support for eating disorder recovery: Meal support provides structured, supportive guidance around eating for individuals recovering from eating disorders. Sessions focus on reducing distress around meals, increasing consistency, and building confidence with eating in a safe, nonjudgmental environment.
