This includes nutrition guidance, blood sugar pattern review, medication coordination, and practical strategies to support long-term health and confidence with diabetes care.
Meal support for eating disorder recovery: Meal support provides structured, supportive guidance around eating for individuals recovering from eating disorders. Sessions focus on reducing distress around meals, increasing consistency, and building confidence with eating in a safe, nonjudgmental environment.
