Outpatient (OP) Meal Support for Eating Disorder Treatment
Practice eating in a space that feels safe and supportive.
At Northern Nutrition Group, we offer a supportive setting where you can build confidence and ease with eating. Bring a balanced meal and our team provides the structure and guidance.
Our meal support group creates the experience of eating among friends while providing gentle structure and guidance from a registered dietitian. They are designed to ease the transition from higher levels of care and offer consistent support throughout recovery. Each session focuses on building independence and exploring food preferences in a low pressure, judgment-free space.
