Martin Aldrich, MS, RD, LN
Martin is a Licensed Registered Dietitian providing outpatient nutrition counseling as well as leading the development of the culinary program at NNG. This program will provide cooking education and hands-on skills to support client success. Martin holds a Master of Science in Dietetic Systems Leadership from Montana State University, with over 20 years of professional cooking experience in Montana, Vail, Los Angeles, and internationally in Korea and Slovenia. He brings a solid mix of nutrition knowledge and real kitchen experience to the team.
Martin found his way to NNG through a self-select rotation during his dietetic internship, where he further honed his clinical and counseling skills. His approach to nutrition is practical, compassionate, and rooted in both science and culinary practice. He helps individuals build a healthier and more intuitive approach to nutrition by blending evidence-based nutrition therapy with real-world kitchen skills, focusing on whole-person care, realistic approaches, and lasting change.
Martin specializes in: Sports nutrition, men’s health, nutrition for aging adults, general wellness, and supporting men navigating disordered eating patterns.
Martin sees clients in-person in Bozeman and virtually throughout Montana.
Education and Work History
Martin earned a Master of Science in Dietetic Systems Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from Montana State University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Montana. He completed his dietetic internship through Montana State University.
Before becoming a dietitian, Martin spent over two decades working as a professional cook in Montana, Vail, Los Angeles, Korea and Slovenia.
